Role – Senior Project Manager - Commercial Major Loss
Continuing with the growth of their Commercial & Major Loss operation, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, based in Brisbane to lead the project team.

• Manage the repair build process on complex, Major Loss & commercial Insurance Construction projects
• Allocation & management of internal & external resources including CA's, Site Foreman, Architects, Engineers, Trades etc
• Employing fundamental project & risk management principles to develop project plans to ensure the safe, timely completion of projects to budget & quality
• Ensure communication across all stakeholders, maintaining great relationships ensuring ongoing work
• Grow value added relationships with Loss Adjusters, Senior Insurers Representatives & Clients
• Assist in developing major bids, including indepth project review of deliverables, terms and costs

Experience

• Previous experience project managing large insurance commercial construction works
• Relevant and required building/supervising license/s
• Great customer service, people & communication skills with ability to build relationships
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles & construction methodologies
