The Project Manager will lead a multi-disciplined team in delivering digital projects aimed at enhancing user experiences. Situated within the Digital Customer Experience team, this role involves planning, designing, coordinating, and delivering activities across these projects. Responsibilities include: Lead and oversee all project management aspects, including planning, documentation, governance, and reporting to ensure timely and budget-compliant project outcomes.
Identify, manage, and monitor project risks while maintaining project schedules and delivering quality documentation and reports. Demonstrate expertise in producing key management deliverables, managing finances, risks, and issues across multiple parallel projects. Communicate effectively and sensitively with diverse stakeholders, anticipating and resolving problems and risks collaboratively.
