The Essence Graduate program is your first step into the dynamic industry of project management. In this hands-on role, you will be working within a team of our Project Managers to gain invaluable experience in managing real-world projects and helping our clients transform and reinvigorate some of Australia’s landmark locations.
As an Essence Graduate, you will gain exposure to a wide network of people and projects and will be equipped with the tools to gain practical experience across a range of project sectors.
Our industry leading team share a collective expertise and holistic understanding of how to successfully deliver projects in across sectors including; Healthcare, Education, Hotels & Hospitality, Commercial, Build to Rent, Residential, Heritage, Retirement & Seniors Living, Retail, Social and Sustainable Design.
Our graduate program has been designed to provide the necessary training and development, that will empower you to meet your highest potential. Throughout the program, you will be closely supported by a dedicated graduate advocate team and will also have the opportunity to be mentored by leading industry professionals, who will provide ongoing feedback and guidance. The regular feedback will be provided in a constructive and transparent manner to ensure you have a thorough understanding of your areas of strength and any areas that require further development. The performance feedback process will enable us to provide you with extensive support throughout the program, including targeted development and learning opportunities.
The program will span across an 18-month period, where you will move between a variety of projects, teams, and managers to offer you exposure to:
- Different industry sectors
- Full lifecycle of a project
- Undertaking diverse roles and responsibilities
You will be employed as a Graduate Project Manager and will be provided with all the Employee Benefits that come with being part of the Essence Team. Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary level qualification or in your final year of study within any of the following: Building & Construction, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture
- Strong aspirations to learn and grow within the industry
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop valuable connections with people
- Well presented with a positive attitude
