We are seeking applications in the role of Project Manager to join our Digital Technology Team commencing as soon as possible. This is a full time ongoing based in our West Leederville Office.
The Role
As a Project Manager within Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA), you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing various technology projects that contribute to the growth and development of Catholic schools across the state. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will play a key role in managing critical projects within the Digital Technology space, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with CEWA's strategic vision.

- Salary range for this position is L1 to L4 on the CEO salary scale ($158, 534 - $179, 262 per annum) plus superannuation.

About you?
- Commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager.
- PRINCE2, SAFe 5.0/6.0, PMBOK or other relevant industry certifications with deep understanding of ITIL and Agile Frameworks.
- Astute attention to detail with an understanding how and when to escalate issues through appropriate channels.
- Understanding of the Microsoft platform – specifically PowerApps and Dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong and resilient relationships with stakeholder groups, actively seeking feedback and driving continuous improvement.
- Effective leadership abilities to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to produce comprehensive performance reports that outline targets, improvement outcomes, risks, and issues.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Prior experience working within or supporting education organisations is highly desirable.
