A tier 1 mining company has a requirement for a Senior Project Manager, highly EPCM experienced.
About the role:
The project looks to deliver a design and construct, high profile, housing project in one of WA's major ports. Pace of delivery will be a key focus, with experience in both projects and execution essential.
Responsibilities include:
Review and advise on commercial, contracts and scope departures.
Maintain, track and report on project progress and performance.
Project scheduling, weekly reports and working to tight deadlines and budgets.
Ensure adherence to QA/QC requirements, as well as policies and procedures.
Oversee project execution, QA/QC and close out.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Control and coordination of execution of the project as required.
What you'll need to succeed:
Minimum 10+ years' experience leading delivery of projects within the resources, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
Proven experience working in a multi-disciplinary scope.
Extensive experience with project execution.
Mechanical trade or Engineering background preferred, but not essential.
Demonstrated success in planning, executing and tracking.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, third party organisations and internal stakeholders.
Valid Australian C Class driver's license.
A current National Police Clearance.
Ability to pass a drug/alcohol screening;
Full Australian working rights, residing in Perth.
