As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects at any given time. Our client is seeking a go-getter from with a background in FMCG or QSR background to shape projects and work collaboratively.
Key responsibilities
- Drive improvements in process efficiencies, tactical planning and on time delivery through category specific project management.
- Lead the team in the development and execution of all typical project toolsets, (Schedule, Dependencies, Risk, financials)
- Facilitate weekly project meetings and drive improvements in process efficiencies within the buying and product development realm.
- Management of product pipeline to minimise bottlenecks and deliver cost benefits faster
- Timely and accurate reporting on progress, risks, roadblocks, financials
- Remove unnecessary workload and processes from team and business
- Work alongside and collaboratively with Senior Category Development Managers, Buyers, Product Developers, Design Teams, Packaging Specialists, Nutrition and Brand Managers.
To be successful
- Qualifications in Project Management or similar + 5 Years Food Industry Project Management Experience.
- Proven success taking projects from inception to completion on time.
- Highly effective multi-stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Strong ability to navigate through different functional perspectives and priorities.
- Experience that drives NPD activities whilst maintaining sensible and pragmatic commercial context.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Solid experience in a high volume, high speed manufacturing industry, preferably food or beverages.
- Experience in the identification and delivery of process improvement.
- Food Industry Product Development Project Management Experience required.
