The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage key business transformation projects to deliver optimal business outcomes that support and align with ACH Group's vision and strategic objectives. Working within the Business Transformation team, on a full-time basis based from the Mile End office.
What you'll do:
- Lead project teams to successfully deliver both business and technology change projects
- Stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery that meets business needs
- Develop, support and manage all aspects of the project delivery lifecycle
- Ensure the systems are aligned to quality and risk standards
- Support positive continuous improvement opportunities through various mechanisms
- Ensuring all projects are delivered to time, cost and budget to realise effective service delivery as per the Project Management Framework
- Supporting quality and business process improvements to ensure project outcomes are embedded in operations and benefits realised
- Partner with the business to build a pipeline of change and service improvement projects
The successful candidate will help us meet our strategic goals and objectives by ensuring projects and programs are managed in line with business transformation processes and these are executed to ACH Groups satisfaction whilst also meeting expected targets.
About you:
- You will have demonstrated success in managing and delivering technology projects
- Formal project management qualifications
- Skills in managing and supporting organisation system and process transformational change
- Relationship management skills
- Strong influential and negotiation skills
- Proven written / documentation skills
- Fantastic interpersonal skills to build relationships and liaise with a range of stakeholders
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old at commencement
