The main objective of this role is to guarantee the successful execution and implementation of designated projects and initiatives within Personal Injury. This involves effective project planning, implementation, and support for change management activities. Additionally, the role involves promoting the use of project management methodologies across local initiatives within the division.
You'll be responsible for
- Take a leading role in developing and implementing one or more initiatives within Personal Injury, utilizing project management and frameworks.
- Ensure the timely delivery of projects and initiatives, offering consultation on proposed business solutions to achieve desired operational outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend project objectives and requirements, coordinating their implementation.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery strategies, and implement contingencies to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
- Maintain strong governance and compliance of project artifacts to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Project Management or Project Support roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading or participating in the achievement of desired project or initiative outcomes.
- A solid understanding of project governance and project management methodologies.
- Experience in delivering projects that drive change in an organisation.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, coupled with attention to detail and accuracy, even under pressure.
