We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join their projects based in Brisbane, this is a diverse position and best suited to client focused manager who enjoys developing customer relationships and delivering outcomes.
Primary Objective
Our client is a leader in their field, offering opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects across the commercial sector, private and public sectors including commercial fitouts, health and education facilities.
Position responsibilities will include:
- Project management from concept to completion of projects, electrical package value $250,000 to $2M
- Maintain a clear and precise project plan showing key deliverables and milestones
- Ensure that projects are proactively managed, executed according to the project plan, schedule and budget resolving any issues promptly
- Ability to read/interpret contracts and manage project variations
- Effective management of resources including coordination and monitoring of material and labour allowances
