A small team with a big profile and wealth of experience. You will be working alongside a team with over 30 years' experience in the construction industry who have delivered over $500 million in construction projects and managed a property portfolio of over $1 Billion in the remedial sector.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the director on a wide range of projects across different sectors and values. Your responsibilities will be dynamic and holistic, covering all aspects of the construction lifecycle, including:
- Development and planning including facilitation of Development Applications, Feasibilities and Design Development.
- Pre-construction activities including facilitation of Construction Certificate, further Design Development, Tendering and Contract Award.
- Construction activities including Project Planning, Contracts Administration, Design Coordination, Site Coordination & Monitoring including but not limited Logistic, Quality Assurance, Safety, Time and Cost Management.
- Stakeholder Management including Client, Consultants, Engineers and Authorities.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with a positive and proactive work ethic, a strong willingness to achieve their targets, and the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. Essential qualifications and skills include:
- A construction-related qualification from TAFE or University.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time work experience.
- Proficiency in computing (Emails, Excel, etc)
- Strong and confident communication skills set to be a future leader of the company.
