About the Role
Looking for an immediate start. This 3 to 6 month role (potential for extension) is key to the success in the execution of several technical & Asset Projects. This role is potentially full time remote from anywhere in Australia.
We are seeking applications for the role of Project Info Management Specialist - Technical & Asset Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and will provide the successful applicant with exposure to a suite of multidisciplinary Projects.
About the Role
Contributes to the management of engineering information, document control and drafting activities
Accountabilities
- Uses, stores, classifies, assesses and processes data/metadata in alignment with standards and requirements for data quality management, integrity and governance.
- Applies an understanding of business terminology, key operational processes and key business activities within and between functional areas (e.g. finance, supply, procurement, work management).
- Determines the underlying cause of problems and evaluates multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving complex problems.
- Manages new and existing sets of master data, runs and cleanses reports to remove errors and improve the quality of master data
- Sources information, plans and conducts analyses to support evidence based decision making.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years experience in a similar role & industry
- Professional qualifications related to information management/document control will be highly regarded.
- Expert user in one or more electronic document management systems (Aconex mandatory)
- Computer literacy Microsoft Office / Adobe / SmartPlant suite
- Excellent written/oral communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment.
- Experience working with other IMS is highly desirable (Smartplant, SAP).
- Experience working in Technical & Asset Services
