- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Assist in creating detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries and information requests.
- Generate and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor resource availability and report any potential issues or constraints to project managers.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Assist in the allocation and coordination of resources required for project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and databases.
- Track project progress against established timelines and milestones.
- Regularly assess and report on project risk status to project managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Diploma in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven minimum 2 of experience in project administration or similar role
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
Design/drafting and inspection services for builders involved with post tension installation in large multilevel construction projects.
