Project Manager - Brisbane

We are currently seeking a Brisbane based Project Manager to join our growing team!

The opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Brisbane based Project Manager to join our growing team!
Somone who has a desire to learn, develop and progress in our industry, a confident communicator with the ability to manage both the private and public sector clients.
Working across the full project lifecycle from concept to completion; include client liaison, managing and developing client briefs, coordinating project resources, managing the design process and contract management.
Our Brisbane office provides innovative solutions to a broad range of industry sectors, they are seeking a Project Manager with demonstrated experience managing projects within, Accommodation, Residential, Healthcare, Education, Commercial or Mixed-use.
About you:

• Demonstrated experience in Accommodation, Residential, Healthcare, Education Commercial or Mixed-use.
• (not essential)
• At least 5 years’ experience in client-side project management
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, construction management, engineering, property economics or similar
• Any demonstrated experience managing a Program of Works
• Consultative with exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal with the potential to forge positive relationships
• A strong business acumen, integrity, credibility and professionalism
• Highly motivated with a keen desire to learn, develop and be a valued team member
