Your new role
as service reviews, business and process improvement, change management and business planning throughout the Directorate. This role is a hybrid role, you will be experienced in multiple areas of project delivery.
Project Management
- Project management from start to finish to ensure projects on time, on budget and to the right quality and agreed scope.
Business Analyst
- Utilise business process management methodologies to detail Current State (As Is) and Future State (To-Be) business processes and gap analysis.
- Identify key business improvement initiatives by researching, investigating, analysing and providing recommendations that are customer focussed and deliver value for money outcomes that align with organisation plan outcomes.
- Partner with business and project stakeholders to understand, prioritise, validate, and document requirements
- Define and document detailed business requirements, business process specifications and other project artefacts as required
- Support the development and delivery of change management activities across the Directorate.
- Liaise primarily with internal stakeholders and some external stakeholders
To be successful in the role you will have well-grounded business analysis skills including an understanding of applicable service review and process improvement frameworks.
- Capability and experience with relevant business and technical software (MS Office Suite).
- Excellence in governance, stakeholder engagement and business management functions.
- Experience in program and project governance including planning, reporting, programming, communication, and system support.
