About the role
As the Project Manager Capital Works, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of a mix of projects, including both new builds and refurbishments.
You will manage all aspects of projects, including stakeholder consultation, scoping, design, tendering, procurement, budgeting, reporting, risk management and quality assurance.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development of business cases, design guides and standards, and post-completion audits and reports.
About you
You have a bachelor’s degree in architecture, property development or project management and at least 3 years of experience in successfully managing small to medium sized projects, preferably in the retirement living, residential aged care, affordable housing and/or disability sectors.
You have outstanding communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage and form relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
You’re an analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and a commonsense approach to solving problems and finding solutions.
Your highly developed planning and work organisation skills allow you to manage competing priorities and respond to emerging needs.
