Eden Ritchie is seeking a Project Manager, Change Management will be joining a high performing, geographically dispersed, dynamic team, to deliver the Change Management Project for Forestry, in accordance with departmental and Queensland Government processes.
- 12 month contract with possible 12 month extension
- Brisbane CBD location
As the Project Manager, Change Management, your key responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop and embed Change Management practices, processes, and tools to support organisational change and cultural change across the department.
- Ensure effective communication, integration, coordination, and liaison occurs within the team, and coordinate and encourage acceptance of Change Management initiatives.
- Develop and deliver high level strategic advice and support to the project team on matters impacting Change Management by understanding and influencing organisational culture.
- Ensure effective communication, integration, coordination, and liaison occurs within the team, by working collaboratively with key stakeholders to manage organisational change and acting on opportunities for synergy and integration across forestry.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage engagement initiatives, including the facilitation of workshops to promote and encourage acceptance of Change Management initiatives department.
- Provide clear and accurate reporting on the status of Change Management and communication activities and assist in identifying and escalating key change issues and risks within the project.
- Prepare, coordinate, and analyse reports, submissions, briefings, presentations, speeches, correspondence, responses, and a wide range of communication materials to support and implement the Change Management process.
- Apply knowledge of organisational design, Change Management and communications in support of key program outcomes.
- Manage conflict and negotiate outcomes without compromising relationships when identifying potential employee, stakeholder and client-based risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns ensuring a strong commitment to Change Management.
- Lead forestry’s Change program.
