Collar are seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to oversee a works in the Perth Metropolitan area. You will have excellent PM skills, stakeholder management experience and a background in overseeing metro-based projects.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrable experience in civils construction projects
- Strong communications skills
- Coordination of site teams
- Tracking project costs, expenditure and budgeting
- Drive projects to an effective and successful completion
- Sub-contractor management
- Engage with customer to develop and maintain relationships.
As the successful applicant you should have the following experience and attributes:
- 5+ years of experience within the Civil construction industry
- Metro based project experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Happy to work under pressure.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent communicator.
- Stakeholder management experience.
