About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing project performance and ensuring successful project delivery. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, administer contracts, manage budgets, and uphold our commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer head contracts and subcontracts effectively.
- Establish and maintain construction programs in line with project timelines.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Uphold project quality, safety, and environmental objectives.
- Assist in tendering processes when required.
- Ensure compliance with commercial expectations, policies, and procedures.
- Evaluate project tasks, develop suitable methodologies, and ensure works are carried out safely, on time, and meeting commercial requirements.
- Monitor quality assurance and safety/environmental measures are being followed and directed correctly by the site supervisors.
- Monitor hazard identification, incident investigations, and contribute to safety meetings.
- Valid White Card & Drivers Licence
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of civil project construction experience in a leadership role.
- Preferably have 3+ years experience in a civil project management position or similar.
- Strong leadership, communication, and contracts management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Vista.
- Knowledge of modern construction techniques, legislations and project methodologies.
- Strong communication, contract management, and leadership abilities
