Project Manager - Commercial Constuction

Your CompanyMy client is a successful tier 3 construction company. As a result of their continued success, this builder is looking to employ a proven and experienced Project Manager to join their ambitious, growing team to assist with the delivery of commercial, goverment and education projects valued between $2m - $15m in value.Your PositionTo be successful in this role you will have recent experience as a Project Manager on Education, Gov, Soical housing and NDIS Projects ranging from 2M-15M in value. You will be responsible for the coordination of teams on site and be able to push the project in order to achieve timely milestones.Your Experience and Qualifications

• Must have recent experience as a Project Manager delivering sucessful commercial build projects
• Completed a degree or trade background in construction.
• Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub contractors alike
• Have the ability to work both autonomously and show leadership as part of a team
• Experience in writing reports, monthly and ongoing
• Excellent financial acumen (reporting and forecasting)
• Track record delivery of high value projects from design phase to completion
• CA background highly advantageous
