About the Role:
This is your chance to take the helm of mid-high rise apartment projects valued between $50M-$100M. As a Commercial Manager, you’ll report directly to the Construction Director, leading a dedicated team of Contract Administrators. This role has emerged due to significant growth within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead and mentor a team of talented Contract Administrators.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices within the commercial team.
- Collaborate closely with the Construction Director to align project goals and objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or a Senior Contract Administrator looking to take the next step.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience in managing large-scale apartment projects is highly desirable.
