The role
The Design and Deveolpment team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic opportunities that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful experiences.
As the The Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the successful delivery of various projects, including new builds, fit-outs, and refurbishments, with project values ranging from $5m to $100m+. Your role will involve coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within defined time, cost, and quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diverse construction projects, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders and prepare comprehensive project reports.
You'll bring the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction/Project Management.
- Demonstarted years of building/construction industry experience.
- Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to manage budgets and foster strong relationships, with a preference for experience with Tier 1 & 2 Builders.
