Key Responsibilities
- Delivery and management of Dewatering projects on Green and brownfield sites.
- Stakeholder management of internal and external stakeholders which include internal Operational
- Drive schedule improvements to reduce delivery timeframes
- Deliver cost and capital effective solutions to improve the project's capital intensity whilst delivering the projects scope on time and within budget
- Provide effective and strategic reporting and communications of project performance on a regular basis
- Demonstrated experience to deliver unique projects safely and on time.
- Relentless focus on the deliverables including agility v's perfection
- Interpret and implement Engineering design discipline and specification.
Qualifications And Experience
- 8yrs + in a Project Management role
- Dewatering Projects experience preferred but not essential
- Engineering Degree qualified
- High commitment to safety and good knowledge of lifecycle hazards
- Extensive Project Management experience including the delivery of large, complex and
- multi discipline projects
- Experience with project budgeting and cost control
- Experience managing multiple contractor groups
- Ability to successfully engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal awareness with ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive for excellence
- Results driven, responsible and accountable
- Ability to manage under pressure and adapt quickly to change
- Great problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
