In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for Stakeholders. As well as:
- Cultivate strong partnerships with senior leaders to provide strategic talent acquisition guidance, ensuring alignment to corporate objectives
- Proactively identify and address senior leadership hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of top-tier talent
- Drive best-in-class recruitment practices for senior-level roles, including executive search methodologies
You'll bring the following:
- Extensive experience in senior-level talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate setting
- Proven success in partnering with and influencing senior leaders
- Strong understanding of the corporate landscape, business strategy, and organizational dynamics
