K-Line Fencing Group, established in 1975 (as Kalamunda Fencing & Gatemakers), is a second-generation family-owned business, by members of the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church, dedicated to supplying high-quality fence products. K-Line is located in High Wycombe, with our modern and pristine building and warehouses completed at the end of 2023.

Qualifications & experience
- Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) or equivalent qualification.
- Fencing installation experience would be highly desirable
Project Management experience:-
- Identifying risks
- Time management ensuring deadlines are met
- Ability to adhere to budgets, track and analyse costings
- Regularly review and analyse the project scope
- Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders
- Ability to create drawings for fabricated items
- Capacity to accurately interpret plans
- Strong communication with meticulous follow-up skills
- Experience in welding would be highly desirable
Tasks & responsibilities
- As a Fencing Project Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Manager in the initial stages, who will provide guidance in order to gain an understanding of the processes and systems within the business, before then stepping in and taking on your own fencing projects.
- Manage assets and completions on time and remaining within project budgets, ranging from approximately $5k up to $150k
- Manage work health and safety compliance for fencing installations
- Oversee and co-ordinate fencing installation projects to client satisfaction (including quality and timing), from procurement, preparation/packing and dispatch of materials, through to final installation
- Proven ability to comprehend and shape the client needs, producing distinctive value and cultivating positive relationships
- Adhere to the principle of ‘Customer First’ (consider your clients’ needs and what they want).
