To be eligible for this role, we seek candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- A Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Proven experience in successfully managing fit-out projects with a budget of up to $20 million
- In-depth understanding of commercial construction legislation
- Strong financial management skills, demonstrating a capacity for driving cost accountability
- Exceptional communication and time management abilities
- A proactive and positive attitude, coupled with effective negotiating skills
- The capability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
