Reporting to the Area Manager – Western NSW, you will play a pivotal role in proactively forecasting planned maintenance for the assets at Moolarben Coal Mine. Roster: Monday to Friday
Location: Moolarben, NSW
Pay Structure: Base + Bonus + Super + Fleet Vehicle
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee onsite performance of the Moolarben Coal fleet and Komatsu mobile equipment, ensuring efficient servicing and quick turnaround during maintenance and machine down events
- Guide both Komatsu and non-Komatsu maintenance crews in servicing and repairing mobile equipment at Moolarben Coal Mine
- Plan and coordinate Komatsu fleet overhauls at the site, collaborating with Moolarben Coal maintenance staff for optimal efficiency
- Conduct monthly Continuous Improvement meetings with Moolarben Coal to enhance operational processes
- Ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators outlined in Maintenance and Repair Contracts
- Identify opportunities for new and used equipment sales within the region
- Collaborate with the Branch, Parts, Service, and HSE Manager on specific projects to achieve common goals

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Trade qualified Diesel Fitter or tertiary qualification with supervisory experience
- Proficient in Komatsu equipment; preferred R&M Care knowledge
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Effective communicator with strong customer interaction abilities
- Self-starting achiever capable of independently meeting goals
- Customer-focused professional committed to positive outcomes
