CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently on the lookout for a Civil Project Manager to join our valued civil client, for work based in Gladstone, QLD 4680.Our civil contracting client are experts who specialise in road construction, civil infrastructure, bulk earthworks, marine construction, as well as structural and civil concrete projects.
Their repertoire spans across a diverse spectrum of civil projects encompassing roadworks, bridges, car parks, earthworks, dams, pipelines, landscapes and ports.

This role involves (but is not limited to):
- Planning and programming the project and construction works
- Quality, Workplace Health & Safety and implementation of correct safety measures
- Client Relations
- Risk assessment and management
- Financial management, monitoring actual costs against budget
- Mentoring of project staff & team members
- Effectively resolve conflict & manage a team efficiently
- Effectively manage cash flow to maintain a positive cash position
Our Ideal Candidates:
A successful candidate will be experienced and professional with a positive attitude. You will also have the below:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering or Project Management an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and tender procurement an advantage
- Minimum 5+ years of industry experience (civil an advantage)
- Driver's Licence and reliable transport
