Seeking an Experienced Project Manager for Grid Connection Process for an EPC Company.

Role Overview:
Join our dynamic Project Development Team and take a pivotal role in bringing our solar farm and battery energy storage projects to fruition. As a valued team member, you will collaborate with a highly skilled group of specialists, engaging with national and international stakeholders such as network owners, system operators, original equipment manufacturers, governments, and regulatory and financial institutions. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating project activities between consultants, Network Service Providers (NSPs), and the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Over 3 years of working experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Demonstrated experience in Renewable Projects with a proven track record of obtaining generation connection approvals within NEM HV and EHV networks.
- Familiarity with National Electricity Rules (NER), Generator Performance Standards (GPS) requirements, NEM policies, and rule changes.
- Strong project management skills and a collaborative team player, adept at coordinating project activities among consultants, NSPs, OEMs, and AEMO.
- Successful track record of delivering R0 or R1 packages for a generator connected to the National Electricity Market.
- Highly effective communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, coupled with sound negotiation and influencing abilities.
