Responsibilities
· Project owner and champion
· Status Reporting to executive and governance forums
· DPC (Strategy. Zero) report dashboard updates
· Budget tracking and invoice processing
· Vendor management and tracking of contractual milestones
· Chairing Project team meetings
· Managing project schedule; monitoring and coordinating project priorities and activities.
· Engage with and coordinate active involvement from key stakeholders, advisory working group members, and clinical workgroups
· Tracking and logging of project risks, issues, decisions, and changes.
· Analyse dependent systems and processes, including related local and regional projects, to recognise change impacts and the effect on requirements
· Transition to BAU
Skills / Experiences
Seeking a Project Manager who can offer most of the following.
· Public Health sector project management
· Clinical system implementation experience
· Data governance, management, and mapping skills
· Prince2, or similar
Availability
· Availability, commencing by early May 2024
· Ability to travel, to Wangaratta Vic (50% on site)
Specialised Skillsets
Identified specialized skill sets to support a successful delivery of the project, including go live and post go live support, include
- Change Management experience, including training planning and delivery
- Technical infrastructure lead experience
- Integration specialist (SQL, SSIS, HL7)
If the Project Manager also offers these skills then the requirement may not need to be considered or priced separately.
Assumptions:
· Project Manager requirement is for the full period from commencement up to the PAS Go Live.
· Project Manager will be required to be on site and engaging with stakeholders and team member(s) for at least 50% of the time (averaged over the full timeline)
· Specialised skillsets anticipated to be required for 2 to 3 weeks each over the duration, depending on the supporting skills offered by the Project Manager and depending on the ‘rebaselined’ schedule developed by the Project Manager.
· Specialised skillset may need to be flexible to accommodate bursts of activity / demand in order to keep the project on track through to completion
