HR SystemsProject Manager Competitive salary and benefits packageInitial 12-month contract with a view of extensionBased in Ipswich, QLDWFH 2 or 3 days a weekAbout the role:We are looking for a HR Project Manager who will spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the HR project within the multi-year Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. You will serve as the critical liaison between the HR business requirements and technical execution, ensuring alignment with the People and Culture (P&C) team. By fostering teamwork with P&C and stakeholders, your focus on innovation and quality assurance will be instrumental in the successful delivery of the project.SELECTION CRITERIA • 7+ years Project Management experience including relevant certification such as Agile, Prince 2 or PMP. • Demonstrated experience in implementing high-profile, IT Transformation and ERP/large complex projects. • Possesses extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tracking tools - with a focus on pragmatic execution. QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory: • Relevant bachelor's degree or experience. • Experience with Oracle Cloud products including Oracle HCM. • Extensive experience in Project Management and delivery across small to large scale, complex projects. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Essential requirement: • Proven track record in program management, with certifications such as PMP being advantageous. • In-depth technical knowledge of ERP software architecture, modules, and customisation. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and vendor management experience. • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and drive results in a collaborative setting. • Be a strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to drive organisational change and digital innovation.ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of a complex technology project, ensuring alignment with ERP Program objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, People and Culture leadership, and end-users, to define project requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans, to guide the successful implementation of transformative technology solutions.Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, fostering effective communication and understanding of program goals and milestones.Analyse and evaluate the potential impact of proposed changes on existing systems, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to workflows.Play a pivotal role in quality assurance processes, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business requirements and exceed expectations.Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project, leveraging feedback and insights to enhance processes, methodologies, and the overall efficiency of ERP implementations.This position reports to the ERP Program Manager with reporting accountabilities to the Manager of People and Culture.
