Your new role There is a strong need for a Project Manager to manage property, construction & development projects/services for clients' individual needs. This role has the potential for you to grow into a senior member of the business to advance career growth. The team is currently working on a string pipeline of work with over 30 current projects due for completion over 2024. If you are seeking to work for an established and accomplished contender across the commercial facilities, property and project market, then this is the role for you! This project role will be based out of the ACT office, however will allow the successful applicant to work and specialise in projects that suit their technical background across Australia. What you'll need to succeed be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a highly professional approach to your work and have experience in project management within a construction-based discipline (ideally in project management, construction management, engineering or architecture). This role may suit an experienced government property professional looking to progress their career path in the private sector.
Outstanding stakeholder management and client relationship skills
A tertiary qualification (Construction management, engineering, architecture, landscaping etc)
The ability to solve problems and take an innovative and independent approach to your role
Ability to lead and drive the best results from a project team
Demonstrated high level project experience (both public and private sector experience highly regarded)
Strong commercial acumen and ability to write and present professional proposals
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salary based on skills and experience up to $150,000 including super
