About the role
Accountable for the outcomes of a comprehensive range of projects within the Mental Health Clinical Program (MHCP), Central Adelaide Health Local Health Network (CALHN). Role will have primary responsibility for projects related to the development of Inpatient Rehabilitation Services.
This role brings significant clinical experience to develop, oversee, manage, and evaluate projects (inclusive of programs and systems) to address inconsistencies between practice and policy, contributing to a safe and positive work culture in the interest of patient/client outcomes, and builds the capacity and capabilities of the program workforce.
The Senior Project Lead – Clinical Reform will:
- Coordinate the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of large -scale projects under the governance of the MHCP Project Board with primary responsibility for the new TQEH Inpatient Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with clinicians, consumers (and their representatives) to identify needs and determine program priorities.
- Participate in and support internal and external advisory groups/expert panels/working groups and committees as required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation within CALHN, of State and National policies to address professional allied health, nursing and medical matters related to portfolio responsibilities.
