We are seeking an experienced, well-organised, energetic, and dedicated Campaign Project Manager to lead the project management of our dynamic, consumer-facing behaviour change campaign (NCBCC) to reduce household food waste across the nation. The ideal candidate is a positive self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of managing complexity, working in a team and ensuring the successful execution of the campaign strategy.
Head Office is in Adelaide, however our team can work from home across Australia. This role is being offered as a 0.8 FTE – 1.0 FTE, contracted until 30 October 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the development and execution of project schedules, alignment with campaign strategy, and coordination with the team at End Food Waste Australia delivering the nationwide consumer behaviour change campaign.
- Campaign Strategy: Collaborate closely with our campaign team to translate comprehensive strategies into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with our overarching goals.
- Coordination: Forge strong working relationships with cross-functional teams within the organisation, to ensure seamless execution of all campaign activities.
- Budget Management: Support oversight of campaign budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial accountability in collaboration with the Finance Manager.
- Timeline Management: Maintain strict adherence to project deadlines, providing regular updates for internal and external reporting.
- Performance Tracking: Support the campaign director(s) to implement data-driven insights into campaign delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Campaign Directors, creative agencies, and team members to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation to grow the complex project.
- Partnership and future grant scoping: Support Campaign Directors in negotiating collaborations, grant applications and contracts with partners aligned with our mission and objectives.
- Multitasking Mastery: Navigate multiple priorities with finesse, upholding high standards of quality and efficiency in all endeavours.
- Reporting: Lead and oversee the provision of consistent and detailed updates on project status, challenges, and successes to all relevant stakeholders.
Education: Qualifications in project management, marketing, communications, business, or a related field is highly desired.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a grant funding, marketing or advertising environment. Highlight any experience working with government agencies, NGOs, or private sector partners, as this could be relevant to collaborating on a national campaign.
