Our client has focused its portfolio the last few years primarily focused on Townhouses, Aged Care and Multi Residential Builds. We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join a growing team & lead the delivery of multi-residential townhouse projects up to $15M across SEQ.
What We're Looking For:
As a Project Manager for our multi-residential team, you will:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple townhouse projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Utilise your strong background in contracts, finance, and programming to manage project timelines and financial performance effectively.
- Directly report to the Commercial Manager, providing regular updates and collaborating on strategic project decisions.
- Work closely with the Design Manager to ensure seamless integration between design and construction phases.
- Play a key role in project planning, risk management, and problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Project Manager in either multi-residential or commercial construction, or an experienced Contracts Administrator ready to take the next step.
- Strong background in contract management, financial control, and project scheduling.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and inspire a team.
- Proven ability to navigate complex projects and deliver results.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
