We are collaborating with a reputable Controls/BMS integrator known for their exceptional solutions and project management expertise. Specialising in projects up to $2 million, our client serves a diverse clientele with a focus on quality and innovation. Currently, they are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team.

Role Snapshot:
We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee construction projects, particularly those involving data centres. Candidates with backgrounds in Electrical, HVAC, or BMS are encouraged to apply. This role presents an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and collaborate with a dynamic team.

Your Bread & Butter:

• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Foster collaboration among clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Cultivate positive client relationships and address any concerns or feedback promptly.

What we're looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects up to $2 million in value.
• Experience in data centre projects is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Controls/BMS systems and integration processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
