What you'll do
As a Project Manager, you will join a cohort of ~40 Project, Implementation & Deployment team members reporting to the 360 Program Office that delivers format, technology & process transformations (non-renewal) for the Woolworths group.
As a team, we pivot to business priorities. However, the visible pipeline for this role for the next 12 months will be partnering to contribute to the overall Smarter Operations tribal mission, focusing on the Front of Store, to make things simpler for stores and easier for our Customers.
- Act as a Business Lead supporting the Product Owner
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Manage core project disciplines, such as time, cost, scope, and risk, through all phases
- Provided timely reporting of progress, risks & issues, and financials through various forums and ensure change impact assessments or readiness reviews were completed for major initiatives
- Establish project governance, working groups & controls
- Prepare and deliver presentation packs, including presentations to senior leaders
- 3+ years experience in a Project Management role
- Solid project experience within a complex business environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience - relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong commercial/business acumen
- Sound financial experience (cost management, forecasting, other)
- Construction/format changes experience desired
- Agile experience desired
