Project Manager - Strategic Delivery

So, what's the job?
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our Strategic Delivery team. Together, you will be responsible for the delivery of our strategic initiatives, key to achieving our broader ambition. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized and experienced in managing multifaceted projects with diverse stakeholders. Exposure within the insurance industry is advantageous but not required.

• You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives as allocated
• You'll be autonomous in establishing the relevant frameworks and developing aligned planning to ensure successful project outcomes
• You'll create long- and short-term plans, setting target milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources
• You'll identify and manage potential risks and liabilities
• You'll help shape and manage the process of onboarding new partners which will involve liaising and coordinating outcomes across diverse teams such as sales, legal, technology, operations, people and culture
• You'll communicate effectively, with both internal and external stakeholders
• You'll develop partnerships with key business stakeholders
• You'll ensure adherence to SLA's and regulatory obligations

• You'll be hands-on with the ability to get into the detail of projects
• You'll be confident in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence stakeholders at a variety of levels across the organisation
• You'll be highly organised, and process driven. Onboarding or project management experience in a capacity is required
• You'll be a confident problem solver and comfortable in conflict resolution
• You'll have strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative methods of analytics and experience in insight driven business reporting
• You'll have excellent planning skills and experience, with a natural capability for seeing dependencies and driving others to deliver, whilst maintaining great relationships
• You'll have the ability to motivate colleagues in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• You'll have strong written communication skills
