The Opportunity
If you're looking for your a Project Manager role where you get exposure across the latest and greatest Telco solutions, this is it. Ideally you have a few years' experience successfully delivering a high volume of customer projects. You will deploy solutions across our entire product stack - from SDWAN, SDLAN, Hello... all of it. \n
What you will be doing
- Order and manage installation of services to project completion
- Create and execute customer orders within specific timeframe deliverables
- Provide accurate and timely updates to internal teams and customers
- Build and manage constructive and effective relationships with external suppliers to ensure delivery
- Work with our customers to deliver a seamless and professional transition from existing carriers to Macquarie Telecom services
- Being an experienced and customer focused Technical Project Manager (Telco or ICT ideally)
- Tertiary studies (Bachelors degree and above)
- Having proven project management experience within Telco Service Delivery
- Be super organised and love working as part of a team
- Have a true passion for delivering exceptional customer service - you always go the extra mile
