About Us
Our client is an infrastructure services company that provides a range of essential services including facilities management, operations and maintenance, engineering, and construction etc. They are currently looking for a Project Manager with expertise in Telecommunication sector to join their team in Adelaide.
About the role:
- Responsible for the safety, financial and operational delivery requirements of the client.
- Leading a team to accomplish shared objectives, ensuring compliance with SLA performance measures, providing estimates and successfully handling scope modifications, enhancing existing client relationships, and fostering even greater team unity.
- Overseeing daily team operations, ensuring contract compliance, managing project plans and procurement, meeting revenue targets, handling variations, supporting system development, and resolving escalated issues.
- Working closely with different stakeholders in the Renewable Developer and promoting a safety-first culture, creating project-specific safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) plans, conducting inspections, and ensuring the field workforce's adherence to SHEQ standards and procedures.
- Establish a proficient operations team with a client-centric and safety-oriented culture, and create tailored training and development programs for all team members.
Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary or engineering qualification.
- A diploma in project management or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a standalone Project Manager.
- Experience in supervising the operation and maintenance of radio and/or paging telecommunication networks.
- Proficiency with various technologies, including paging, voice radio, and microwave systems.
- Good coordination and management in emergency services environments.
- Proficiency in commercial and contract matters.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving outcomes.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and effective communication skills.
