  • Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Maintain high quality and up to date project records and files, track financial activities and approvals.

Skills you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Proven experience using a range of database and workflow management systems and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (preferably including the use of Microsoft Project).

You will stand out if you have:

  • Experience working on construction upgrade projects, including Commonwealth, National or State listed Heritage projects.

Benefits for working at DHA include:

  • 15.4% superannuation
  • Work-life balance
  • support career development opportunities
  • Generous leave entitlements including 15 days personal leave and 20 days annual leave annually*
