You will collaborate with talented professionals working on iconic projects to drive future-ready outcomes that will benefit clients and communities.In this role you will be joining as a Project Engineer or Project Manager on a secondment role representing WSP whilst supporting the delivery of accomodation infrastructure projects for a major client. - Undertake assessment of tenders for commercial/mixed-used/accomodation construction projects.
- Review construction management plans received from contractors and ensure that compliance is achieved with contract requirements.
- Monitor delivery of works and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and provide regular reporting of project status.
- Liaise with service authorities and other stakeholders as required, to facilitate delivery of construction projects.
- Coordinate handover of assets to service authorities at the completion of subdivision construction.
- Experience in Project Management/Civil Engineering
- Diploma/Tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering
- Be prepared to live in regional Australia
- Full clean driving licence to complete 'some' remote driving and road Project Management oversight
- Knowledge and experience in the effective provision of building infrastructure and/or Land Servicing projects and meeting project objectives
- High-level oral and written communication skills working in a client focussed and cross- cultural environment
- Experience in the procurement of works and services and contract administration, particularly government
- Contracting frameworks is highly desirable
