- Location: Parramatta + WFH (hybrid)
- Pay Rate: $112 per hour + Super
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 38 hours per week
- Contract Length: 6 months with likely ongoing extensions
The Project Manager is responsible for assisting with the successful management of predominantly high risk/complexity projects in relation to Wastewater Treatment plant upgrades.
Key Accountabilities:
- Contribute to the development of the program & project manage contracts across Professional Services & Design and Construction Works
- Conduct regular meetings with delivery partners in the supply chain to foster a spirit of mutual trust
- Ensure project risks are effectively identified, mitigated and managed
- Actively drive collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams across the organisation to ensure consistency, accuracy & efficiency in project delivery, cost & risk management
- Prepare business cases for high risk & complex projects to meet client expectations
- Minimum 5 years’ demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure. Water infrastructure experience (particularly within Wastewater Treatment) is desirable with a strong track record of project delivery to plan
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate & influence key stakeholders
- Demonstrated contract management/procurement skills with the ability to work with external contractors & vendors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & deliver against competing priorities
