About the Role
The Project Manager - Weapons role manages the end to end of assigned projects delivering integrated weapon systems solutions. Reporting to the Director – Weapons, this role will provide support to the weapons team and drive outcomes that contribute to the overall success of the team.
About You
As a person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you also have a high-level attention to detail and have excellent time management skills. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are naturally courteous, allowing you to effectively engage stakeholders at any organisational level. You are resourceful and demonstrate exemplary integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
Key requirements:
- Diploma of Project Management, or similar field (required).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project management position (required).
- Knowledge of ADF (Army) Land programs and introduction to service activities (highly desirable).
- Demonstrated experience of operations in the ADF customer's environment (preferred).
- A sound knowledge of all the elements of Product Support particularly Logistics Engineering, Logistics Support Analysis, Training and Technical Publications (preferred).
