Project Manager
Pioneer Credit is embarking on a digital transformation programme of work that will deliver new systems and processes across our business, focused on enhancing our customer experience, creating efficiencies, and delivering business agility.
Position Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the successful execution of projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, designers, testers and other stakeholders, to ensure delivery. Other responsibilities include:
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; communicate project status, progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
- Development of comprehensive project plans
- Monitoring and identifying project progress, potential risks or issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile activities to ensure transparency and alignment.
Experience needed to successful in this role:
- At least 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager with experience in waterfall (battle scars) and agile delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Nice to have experience in:
- A good understanding of Collections, CRM (and associated technologies), HR, payroll, finance and marketing processes, modelling, and systems.
- An understanding of financial transaction processing and systems integration.
- An understanding of analytics, data warehousing and database data models.
