THE ROLE
Predominately Balcatta office based, you will assist with various WA based project as well as support various Marine projects.
- Assist with managing all aspects of projects
- Deliver from site set out to hand over
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements
- Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
- Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
- Report on progress and conduct weekly meetings
- Assisting with technical engineering issues
- Ensuring project runs to program
ABOUT YOU
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or similar
- Experience with a similar commercial contractor
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent planning skills
- Highly articulate with strong communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Able to manage project teams, problem solve and take initiative
- Police Clearance and Drivers Licence
