They specialise in designing and manufacturing purpose-built modular buildings for both residential and commercial sectors. Located in Brisbane Southside, they have developed an innovative modular system that provides affordable construction solutions.
 
The role

Due to the growth and expansion of this Exciting Modular Business they are looking to Increase their Project Management Capability in Yatala. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and control of project plans and any relevant documentation required to ensure delivery of projects are achieved within budget, program and contract.
 
As the Project Manager you will ensure timely and successful completion of projects from detailed design phase through to Practical Completion, budget and program is maintained throughout projects, and that all project stakeholders are satisfied with project outcomes.

Key duties

• Project Management of all aspects from sale contract to handover with each job.
• Collaboration with Sales BDM and Contract Administrator to ensure jobs are created in relevant program and populated with all relevant information and documents.
• Review contracts and ensure milestones are met. This includes plans, specifications/colours and timeframes.
• Provide regular updates to Clients and work closely with Developer to ensure financial approvals is achieved as soon as possible.
• Work closely with supervisor to resolve & work with client.
• Weekly meetings with internal team to ensure program, budgets & contract is complied with.
• Work with Contract Administrator to prepare hand over packages.
• Effective communication and consultation with the wider company.
• Prepare monthly report for management review including erosion report.
