You will be working on a mix of Government, Private Health and Education Projects.

The Role
Responsibilities include:
- Stakeholder and Consultant Engagement
- Design Management
- Procurement Management
- Program Management
- Contractor Management
- Superintendency
- Client Management and Reporting
- Risk / Value Management
- Around 4 years of Construction Project Management experience
- Degree qualification relating to either Architectural, Engineering, Construction or Project Management preferable
- Healthcare, Education & Commercial experience preferred
- Contract Administration
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision;
- Proven ability to problem solve and keep calm under pressure on complex projects;
- Strong communication skills (formal & informal) with a can-do attitude
