Your new role
Operational Leadership: Provide project management, operational leadership and support on key allocated projects.
Collaboration: Work closely with project leaders within the portfolio, ensuring smooth management and delivery of their projects.
Employee Engagement: Lead, research, and develop aspects of employee engagement and positive workplace culture initiatives.
Strategic Oversight: Ensure projects leads to strategic plans and key priorities are established.
Performance Reporting: Oversee project and performance reporting to the Chief Executive.
Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to encourage timely actions and maintain quality standards.
What you'll need to succeed
NSW Government Experience: Prior experience within the NSW Government, ideally in a PMO.
Strategic Insight: Ability to report on strategic plans and priorities.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including report writing.
Relevant Qualifications or Equivalent Experience: Demonstrated expertise in project management, business administration, and senior executive support.
Employee Engagement Knowledge: Understanding of employee engagement, positive workplace culture, and organisational development.
Stakeholder Relationship Development: Proven experience in developing complex stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
