Join us in our Port Melbourne Office, in the heart of our volunteer training initiative, where every day brings new opportunities to support and shape the learning journeys of our dedicated volunteers. As a pivotal part of our team, you will be orchestrating and delivering essential projects that uphold the quality and compliance of our training courses.
Reporting to the Manager-Volunteer Training, this full-time position is more than just administrative—it's about ensuring our Volunteer Trainer and Assessor cohort have everything they need to succeed, from meticulous planning to seamless course delivery. You will dive into the nitty-gritty of paperwork, transforming traditional resources into dynamic electronic tools that enhance learning experiences.
Compliance is key, and you will be at the forefront of keeping everything in check, from filing and archiving to distributing course materials and issuing certificates. Your work will not only meet but exceed the rigorous standards required by our Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
But it's not just about paperwork—it's about people. You will foster meaningful relationships with volunteers, stakeholders, and colleagues alike, ensuring a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.
You are:
- an experienced administrator who takes pride in your attention to detail coupled with a general understanding of basic business standards and a project focus.
