Job description
The core capability requirements for this role are:
Support multi-disciplinary teams involved in the planning, development, implementation, review and evaluation of programs and projects.
Manage and record project activities including coordinating input from technical and operational areas and monitoring activities of internal and external stakeholders.
Provide high quality, well researched advice regarding project methodologies, governance and administration.
Engage and consult with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to support project activities and outcomes and assist in identifying change management activities.
Prepare and review project documents, registers, briefing notes, reports and correspondence of a complex nature.
Assist with the monitoring of organisational project activities that relate to Information Management Services to identify dependencies and business changes required.
Represent the work unit at selected forums.

Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications required, Project Management qualifications (or similar) would be highly regarded.
